Perfect place for morning Café in Hanalei

I have tried several times at this coffee shop when visiting Kauai. There's some real atitude challenges with the owner, and several times the drinks have been overpriced and not that flavorful. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I do wish that they would up the game regarding the friendliness towards customers and the quality of their products. Perhaps next time around I'll hear better things. Good luck

Awesome coffee, perfect vegan muffins and breads, superior ingredients, wonderful staff and by far, the cheapest and yummiest breakfast in town. Could not recommend more!

Very good cappuccino ($3.75). This is a pretty casual operation. The mugs aren't fancy and will be mismatched. The machine looks old. But the coffee is good. Edit: coffee was just OK the second visit, not great, and we were served in cheap Pyrex mugs. So minus 1 point on quality.

Lovely visit! I ordered a cold Fiona special which consist of their homemade chai tea and a dash of cold brew. I also purchased these cute little pins as a souvenir of my visit.

Had some great cold brew options. Mixed carmel and coconut for a yummy combination.

Best little coffee stop for people in a hurry or just wanting to relax. The amazing personalities of the owners makes it worth a stop but the equally amazing coffee is the cherry on top.

Great coffee. Fast service. Sunny seating street side & cool, shaded seating on the other side. I like that it's a bus & you just walk up to the window.

Had a bagel with cream cheese and the mixed Berry milkshake, both delicious! Bagels are localy made, so good!

Thanks Google for pointing us in the direction of this awesome little food truck. Tucked in a corner we never would have found it without. Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble and most importantly awesome coffee... and that's saying something as my husband is hard to please!

Honestly the best coffee I’ve had since in Hawaii. Got a cappuccino and a shaken espresso with coconut syrup—both fantastic. It’s in a food truck but there’s a shaded area in the back with seating. Definitely check it out!

Drip coffee is really good and the strawberry muffin moist and filling. Super cute food truck on the side of the road

Great little coffee shop with amazing flavorful coffee.We had the coconut latte with a hint of mocha and a caramel latte. Both were very good and not our day started off right.Definitely would stop here again!!!

I love their iced tea. The coffee is great as well. Well worth a stop plus this is one of the better coffee stops on the island

Cute little coffee place. The 2 ladies serving here look very unfriendly. Dont smile, dont say anything, no thanks or hi. Made me feel unwelcome.

A great cup of coffee out of a lovely truck. The barista was very kind helping a tourist who lost his head for a minute.

Now that STC has moved to it's new location the ambiance and service are better than ever. Up to date and lots of fun the complete menu satisfies.

Always friendly, comfortable and delicious. Great breakfast for vegans: Homemade Granola with hemp milk. Ask to be served in a ITMFA mug.

nice people but VERY COUTIOUS Pastry was cold and it was supposed to be a veggie quiche type roll... counter person cool at first but eventually warned up a bit.....

Still very good, but the espresso was too long, the roast a bit dark. Two years ago this was my favorite coffee spot; now it comes in third place. Still the same great vibe and super friendly people behind the counter though!

So good! Being from NY I loved that they had NY style bagels! Matcha green tea with spiced honey was a hit too!

Best coffee on the island! Served from a red bus with a deck with chairs and tables. Or you can enjoy your beverage at the beach or walk the bike path along the coast and enjoy blissful views of the ocean, mountains and beaches. The best coffee, views, and fresh tropic breeze. Can't get any better! The service is personable attracting a wide range of character enhancing the whole experience.

Great coffee, at a cool and clever spot that's a little bit garden, and a little bit rooftop deck. The coffee is rich and fresh and baristas are quite good, but the setting that's remarkable. It's strangely comfortable, considering it's a parking lot, with a truck perma-parked betwixt a shady garden and a raised deck that overlooks the busy street--and all of its endless peculiar participants.

Service is not the greatest or welcoming. The two ladies behind were not friendly at all. The juices were average but the truck is cute

Found this coffee shop while visiting Kauai. My favorite drink is a flat white from Starbucks made with half n half. I ordered a Breve here and it was on point! Rich, creamy, lots of froth, much better than Starbucks and I have had many of there drinks. Also got a blueberry muffin that was delicious, highly recommend!!

A nice local coffee bar. Quaint outdoor environment. Easy spot to grab a coffee in town or on your way to the north shore. Some locally made vegan and gluten free options.

Great little coffee shop with outdoor seating. I had a great internet connect through my infinity account. My papaya and granola breakfast and french press coffee was great. Not too busy. Friendly service. 5 stars easy.

Awesome variety in drinks available. I ordered a golden latte for the first time. My wife had the latte. Both were perfect. Their muffins were the best pastries we had on the island. I understand they get their beans from Imua coffee roasters, who are just a few minutes south. We loved both spots.

Great loose leaf tea selection and reasonable prices! Loved the milk selection as well and the honey. Definitely a great place to get coffee and tea!

Always good coffee and funky style makes this place to hang pretty groovy. Hardcore regulars. the front lanai is getting pretty beat up and there is no place to stay out of the rain there as the overhangs got pukas. Musical ambiance would be a good addition.

Hubby said the coffee was good. I fully enjoyed my perfectly ripe half papaya - was tempted to get another despite the price!If you see coffee cake, definitely get it. The best I've had in recent memory.The bagels were yummy too - crunchy and chewy.

This is likely my favorite coffee on the island, with another close shop with Java in their name being a close 2nd. In this case the uniqueness of this coffee spot (it's a converted shuttle bus on jackstands), the taste, and the preparation of the coffee and drinks wins me over. Awesome outdoor patio areas. Best lattes on Kauai, pay attention as it's easy to miss, in the parking lot, mountain side right off the highway in Kapa'a by the Tamba surf shop.

These fabulous people donated coffee to Animal Balance, the spay and neuter group, this week and gave us the fuel we needed to fix over 500 cats! thank you, you coffee is amazing!

Went to meet a new friend and ran into an old friend. My experience was great, the coffee is awesome and the environment is good but the place that we had to sit was too hot and im not a fan of the heat, but all in all it was a great first experience. I will be coming back for more.
